I have had nothing but an outstanding experience with Susans Florist. My wife loves these hand picked flowers! Thank you so much!

Sent the ugliest flowers they could throw in a vase. Didn't even bother tying a bow. Sad. Go somewhere else

8 have used Susans numerous times over the years My favor item to send is the Happy face Mum to brighten someone's day.

My husband sent me flowers for Christmas. I received them and the card said “Love Dad.” My husband ordered them through 1800 flowers and typed the card online to say “Love David.” He emailed 1800 flowers and they said they were sorry and took care of the charges. Then I get a voicemail at work telling me that they were coming back to pick up the flowers. I had already left for the holiday so they didn’t get them but I thought that was so mean because I didn’t mess up the order and neither did my husband THEY did!… so why would they come get the flowers? They did send a driver come back to my work to get them. How rude and embarrassing!

My experience with this vendor has been very pleasing with quality of arrangement and delivery promptness.
