I went thru drive thru ordering taco supremes. When I got home, I found only normal tacos. I called their number and asked for the manager. The person that answered said they were the manager, and I started to tell her my problem. She hung up in the middle of my complaint. Any further calls were only answered by a fax machine. I did check I had the right number. Is this any way to run a business? I won't be going there again.

While I understand that working at Taco Bell isn't anyone's dream job, it is completely unnecessary to be rude to customers. The last time that I visited, I experienced possibly the worst customer service that I have ever had in my life.. the girl working the drive-thru not only cussed at me, but refused to give me the some of the items that I ordered.



I get that it's Taco Bell, and normally I wouldn't be that shocked by mediocre customer service at a fast food joint, but this was outrageous. I will continue to support Taco Bell, but definitely not at this particular location ever again.
