Dropped my dress for Thurby off an entire week ago. Go to pick it up and stood there for 45 mins only for it not to be found. After several phone calls it was found, but i guess not started because still couldn't get it until 5.
THEN the job was horrible! And it wasnt even pressed. she gave a $10 discount should have been free for inconvenience. never again! and will never suggest ....this place. If I could give negative 5 I Would!!

I have been using them for about 6 years and have not had a single problem with my dry cleaning or alterations. While I don't have that many alterations, I can say that they can usually do them while I wait. They have always gotten my dry cleaning done when I need it. If you go there frequently, they will remember and refer to you by name. I would not choose to take my dry cleaning anywhere else!

I had a bridesmaids dress hemmed. When I brought it in I very clearly asked the woman to save the extra fabric because I was going to use it as a ribbon in the garter I was making for the bride. I watched her write a note on the card about this. When I returned the fabric had been thrown away and the woman lied and said there wasn't much left (she cut approximately 6-10 inches off). She wasn't remotely apologetic and still charged me the full price for the alteration.
