terrible follow-up customer service

Never use This company. They have now messed up 2 of the 3 jobs I hired them to do. The last one was today, the job was very gritty, the old tile was still bleeding through, there were numerous gaps, etc. I asked Todd to come back and repair the problems, he demanded a check and I said I would not pay for it until the job was complete. So instead of fixing the issues he threw thinner all over the bathroom and further ruined the bad job. What an unprofessional idiot. I should have read the online reviews before I used them- do not use this company!!!!!

This company uses "sub-par" material for their glaze, my tub and sink showed chips and cracks within 2 months of the work being done! They do not show up when they are supposed to, and we I expressed my dissatisfaction with their work, the owner blamed it on me and left me a nasty voicemail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had some ugly green tile in a home was renovating and thoight about tearing it out and replacing.I used Tubs PLus to reglaze it instead and Im impressed with the results.The job was completed on time with little mess and looks like new-thanks.

These guys were 2 hrs late the first day, & 1 hr late the next, Awful customer service the Owner hung up twice , the guy that did the work was drunk .
