This is the worst place to get fitted for a tuxedo. The CEO of the company don't care that she messed up the tuxedos. And makes excuses of why the fix tight. See she said that she could order a bigger size (for the second time) but when she found out the wedding was the next day said in the same breath that she thought the fit fine. Lol. Four of us couldn't button them. The same problem that we had to reorder the jackets before. How many time does it take to get it right???? One of us could even put it on because it was 6 inches from buttoning. They have no customer service skills and don't care that they ruin you day. BE CAREFUL of these shady people.

Not owning up to the mistakes

Told the wrong store hours to come back the day before the wedding to try on...(no calls to the bride or groom stating tuxedo was ready)...tuxedo two sizes too big...embarrassing pictures. Wouldn't even discount the $200 rental because "I didn't try it on before"..but I did return to try it on...but the store is not responsible for their own employees who tell someone they close at 8p on a Friday, when it's actually 7p.

I will start out saying I have been a wedding planner for over 15 years. My nephew was is getting married and the bridesmaids dresses his intended had picked out were at Bridal warehouse in Louisville,Ky. We all gathered there and no one greeted us. I personally had to keep going to find someone to answer questions. Finally I started pulling dresses since it was apparent no one was going to help us.We finally decided on a dress and the ladies proceeded to get measured. My one niece was very resistant about order a size 28, however they were the "experts" and convinced us that was the size to order. The next day I called back to the store and spoke with the manager Stephanie to inform her of the lack of customer service. She did not seem interested at all that we received that type of service. I then proceeded to call the Elizabethtown store. I spoke to a wonderful , gracious person by the name of Jackie who listened and made me feel much better. I apreciated her so much!! Fast forward to months later and our dresses arrived. My niece that had ordered the size 28 picked up her dress and tried it on, it fell down off of her!!!! She did not loose weight, she was simply measured improperly. I called the store and spoke to yet again Stephanie the store manager who was rude, insensitive and very non- caring. All I wanted was for to acknowledge that if there was an issue on their side that we would not have to pay for alterations. She also explained we would need to pay a rush fee to have our dress done in time. The alterations lady had already said the dress would have to be re- made. Therefore my niece's dress will not look like everybody's else.

Not once did Stephanie offer to assure me the problem could be resolved that they would work with us at all. As much as I hate to say this, I am just wondering now is it because we were black. I watched the first time we were in there of other clients that were greeted upon arrival. Just makes me think. I did call Jackie back at the Elizabethtown store who once again showed concern, professionalism in all aspects. We decided not to chance having the alterations done there since they show they really were not concerned at all about our business. Why give them more money?? I was hoping this was a fluke but as I have read other reviews, I know we are not the only ones who have had this issues. Moral of THIS story... DO NOT go into Bridal Warehouse in Louisville, Ky. Perhaps a dose of customer service might help this group. Jackie is great, they could take some notes from her especially the store manager.

Awful!

This place is terrible! The consultants are even worst. My friends consultant was 20 minutes late to our appointment than yelled at us for picking out dresses. My friend was 3 sizes bigger than normal. It is all around terrible.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I was in a wedding party and rented a tuxedo from this company, also know as TUXEDO AVENUE. I went in a was fitted, everyone seemed very nice. The day before the wedding my wife went to pick up my tux. I came home from work and got dressed and went to the wedding. During pictures i noticed a BIG BLOOD STAIN on the inside of the vest. I was extremely disgusted, but was forced to wear this blood stained garment until after the wedding ceremony.

I called the store the next day to let them know about what I found and I wanted a ful refund (appx 100.00). I was told I would have to go through "corporate" which is actually one girl that sits at a desk and answers phone calls. After leaving a message at this "corporate office" they finally called me back 2 days later. I was denied a refund and talked to in a condescending tone. Basically told it was my fault for not noticing this when the tux was picked up. When I asked to speak with the owners I was told "we do not have owners, we are a corporation". Hmmm makes sense. Anyway, hopefully this wont happen to you, I would recommend a reputable national company like Sam Meyers, or Mens Wearhouse.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! We had an appointment for 1:00, we got there and nobody greeted us! We waited at the little table, they don't even have a front desk area. A lady finally came to the desk and asked if she could help us, we told her we had an appt. she handed my daughter a clipboard, said fill this out and walked away. It took a minute or so to fill out the sheet and nobody was around to tell us what to do next.. We laid the clipboard on the table and decided to walk around and thought they would come find us. At 1:20 we went back to the table to see what was taking so long, a lady asked if she could help us. We told her we had a 1:00 appt. she gave us another clipboard and asked us to fill out the sheet. My daughter told her we already did that and pointed to our sheet laying on the table under some other clipboards. She pulled it out and began to utter some store directions about where dresses were located and where the sale dresses were. She told us to pull some dresses and she would try to find us a room and see if someone could help us. It was then 1:30. Did I mention that this lady was the MANAGER,,, she walked away and we walked out!!!! We didn't want to give this review any stars at all, but it wouldn't take it unless we gave it one.

They are awful!! Had to " rush" a flower girl dress 5 months b4 wedding...came in & they had sent wrong size...reordered & came in 10 days b4 wedding...still wrong size...only help is to alter dress...for which we have to pay...,alterations person very rude...waited at store almost 2 hours to see her....this after I was assured in Mar after initial mistake they would really work with us to get done in time...no empathy for stress they put us thru...kept talking about "contract" instead of doing right by us.....terrible, terrible company....go to a boutique ...may pay a little more, but at least they can offer better service...these salespersons are too limited by bad company policies

I have loved every minute of my experience with Bridal Warehouse and staff. When I began looking for my wedding dress last June, I went to another store that was just horrible. When i arrived for my appointment at Bridal Warehouse, we were greeted with warm, friendly staff. I told my consultant Emily what I was looking for and she said she had a dress in mind. Pulling this dress along with 10 others, I had tons of options but in the similar style I was looking for. Turns out, the dress she had in mind for me was absolutely amazing! Each time I have gone there since then, to select bridesmaid dresses, fittings, picking out my veil, I have received the same wonderful treatment as I did that very first day. Emily is always excited to see me and ask about the wedding. Jill, my tailor, has me worry-free and feeling beautiful. I couldn't have imagined a better experience while planning the best day of my life. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything about Bridal Warehouse and their staff.

This place is horrible. I had to wait to get a fitting room, which was on the prom side of the store away from the wedding dresses. Then once I found my dress the lady kept trying to give me the display dress that was ripped and had a pink mark on the front (at the same price as a brand new one). The only reason I went to the Trunk Show was because I was told I would get a big discount, only to find out they can't discount any of their Maggie Sottero gowns. When I got upset about the lies and having to wait when I had an appointment I was told "well you didn't have to wait that long"!!! Rude, they had no appologies and were unprofessional!!! I left without the dress and ordered it online! They will never get any of my business and I will let everyone I know hear about how awful they are. A bride should have a great dress shopping experience and they ruined mine!!!

Rock My Prom

My prom was made a night to remember by the consultant at Bridal Warehouse. I thought that finding the perfect dress for such the occasion as prom would be a challenge. It turned out to be the opposite of what i thought. The selection of designer dresses was so massive that finding one perfect dress seemed hopeless without the right help. The consultant provided me with her experience and knowledge regarding prom matters. She allowed me to try on multiple dresses and was very helpful in limiting my search for that special dress. I found my perfect prom dress in just one visit to Bridal Warehouse. I am so thankful for my perfect prom dress and the person who help make it possible. Bridal Warehouse sales dresses that make memories for life.

unprofessional service

there are seven bridesmaids in my daughters wedding, all the dresses came in at 2-4 sizes too big. Not only did they not take care of this, Kathy, the manager was rude. We are now going to a professional alterations person, because bridalwarehouse would have charged usa huge amount to remake the dresses and charged two of the girls for extra material. We did not want to give them any more of our business and although my daughters dress turned out ok, this has been a terrible thing to do to a bride. PLEASE do not use this store!!!!!

Unprofessional

Their website makes it look like they have a huge inventory of dresses, not true. At the bottom of their home page it says their customer service is unsurpassed, again not true. My daughter called to make an appointment to try on dresses and to inquire if they had any of the gowns she was interested in. She faxed her "wish list:" to them and was assured they would have most the gowns she was interested in. The saleperson she spoke with said if they didn't have at least half of the eleven gowns, she would call and let us know. She didn't call. We drove an hour and a half in pouring rain and rush hour traffic for the appointment only to find out they didn't have a single dress she was interested in, even though the website leads you to believe they do. They didn't have near the inventory they lead you to believe, not only did they not have any of the dresses advertised on the site that we wanted to see, they didn't have anything even similar. They were understaffed, only two women to help numerous customers, and our appointment was a joke, we were not treated any differently than walk-ins. The customer in front of us left angry, they told her as well they had the dress in stock she was interested in, she drove a long way only to be disappointed. We stood around for a while before anyone even spoke to us, the lady at the checkout asked a sales lady to help us, to which she replied "I'm helping someone else, but I guess I can do two things at once. " VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, we will never go there again. We tried looking through the few racks of dresses they had and were extremely disappointed in their selection and customer service.
