Provided by YP.comI run a business from home so I receive lots of packages I pay for shipping on almost all of the packages, my husband and I have complained more time than I can count, we have been promised so many things like your packages will first and so on..I was verbally attacked yesterday by a mail lady and 4 days earlier she was arguing with my neighbors, the post lady was told we had called and made a complaint, so she had a bad additude and told me I should get a post office box, she was rude, but so is EVERYONE at the Broadway office, I have NEVER had a problem with my mail ,till this last year, I dont know what to do or who else to call I feel like there is nothing I can do about not getting my packages or getting other peoples packages..I was scared for my safety when the mail lady cursed at me..if anyone knows who I ca call please let me [email protected]

Provided by YPmobilePeople don't know what the postal workers go through especially in the rain, sleet,or snow. If you only knew how hard it is to drive those trucks in the snow you wouldn't mind it at all. We as postal workers(yes I work for the post office) try our best to get the mail and packages out to the residents maybe if the streets would get plowed where we have to come up to the mail box it would make things so much easier, but they are not sometimes the streets be so bad that we don't waste our time going down them because we know we are going to get stuck an have to wait 30 min to an hour to get pulled out etc. Now imagine if there's 50 workers and no plowed streets nobody would get their mail. Thanks to the residents who clear the way of the box we really appreciate it

Provided by YPmobileI am going on two weeks with no mail being delivered and I get mail everyday. Also for 3 months now my neighbors bring me my mail once every two weeks. I have large numbers above my house door so I do get found. What is going on with the postal workers. When I called about my mail going next door their reply was get a PO Box. REALLY THE POST OFFICE NEEDS TO GET IT TOGATHER.
