We were pre approved for a loan through them. We sold our current home and bought (trying to buy) a forclosure in relatively very good shape ( air conditioner and all copper is intact, no holes in the walls.) We were hoping to close in 30 days but put 45 days into the contract so we WOULDN'T need an extension. Very unhappy, GUESS WHO IS IN AN EXTENSION, after 45 days. I think they may have been sitting on our contract to work on others with the earlier closing dates. I would even believe that people who put in their contracts AFTER us have closed weeks ago!!! While we still haven't closed!! The delay now, want a railing on the deck. A deck, not a porch!!!! We have been renting the house that sold back from the new owners but they want to be moved in by the 12th, making us and our 5 dogs homeless!! Seriously???? Thirty days most contracts are written for, here they had 30 days and then add half of that time.....and still, we haven't closed! Unbelievable!!!! There was the standard month, then half of another month for this type of nonsense!!! They employees while nice, are more than likely overworked while being understaffed. What other reason could there be????
