It was horrible they took all the passport money then stop seeing my daughter kept cancelling her appt. knowing she needed to be seen due to her braces i dont recommend this place at all now she has no money left for another dentist to finish the work just horrible

This dentist office is horrible. They used to be pretty good which is probably why the only other review on here from 2010 gave them a 5 star. But now they are definatly less than a 1 but I HAD to give at least on. My three children have gone and all three had to go back to get the same thing fixed at least 3 times because they did it wrong. they also can't get an emergency appointment in to fix what they did wrong for at least a month (even when extreme pain is present) The staff is rude and unconcerned. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!! it will cost yo more time and frustration than needed.

West Louisville Dental has been providing care for my children for over 7 yrs. Their receptionist/front desk help is awesome and always friendly. All the interns and regular staff are professional and friendly as well. They believe in providing the best customer service and care and work with your budget if you need help paying your bill. I would recommend them to anyone.
