Tenant 6 yrs. They are currently remodeling and sent out flyers stating that they would only remodel the units that become vacant first. They stated they would not tear up units that were currently occupied. WRONG!!!! One of our neighbors was told 1 hr. before the contractors were coming to remodel apartment which meant they could not stay there for 3-4 days while they cut hunks of concrete from their floor to run lines for a washer-dryer hookup that they didn't even want, didn't put back the carpet properly afterwards and they can't get management to make it right, concrete dust everywhere and had to stay in one of the model apartments until it was done and someone else was using it at the time. YIKES!!!!! . They seem to only care about the $$$$$ which is high for what you get. Poorly managed. If you are disabled, please don't move here. Parking lots need re-paved bad!!!! If you like geese, you'll love this place...they are everywhere and so are their "droppings".
