Unfortunately my grandmother was in the hospital and had to be transported to another facility via ambulance and the company that is contracted with the hospital was Yellow Ambulance. After 12 hours of waiting the crew...I called dispatch for an ETA they responded with they are on the way. Well so far it has been an additional hour and we are still sitting here waiting at 10:30 pm. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please if you care for your loved ones do not rely on this company they need to be shut down.

I had just recently came here to Kentucky from Florida and needed to pick an ambulance service to transfer a family member of mine from one facility to another.



We decided to go with Yellow Ambulance. Even with such an odd and unusual name ...? They had truly exceeded all my expectations. I've heard bad thing about them in the past from friends, local residence and what not but honestly, I can't complain! They were very Professional, neat, well organized and extremely informative. I was surprised with how well the handled transferring my Great aunt from the bed to the stretcher and how they made us all feel as if they were caring for one of their own. I hate being in a hospital setting and having to deal with staff that treat you like a number with no respect or consideration. Though I only experienced Yellow Ambulance’s services once, I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Hopefully we will be privileged to be sent a staff that was as well structured and accommodating as the last two that was sent to help us transfer my Great aunt.
