I went to Z's when it first opened at the Shelbyville Road location. At first, I loved this place! I enjoyed getting the "new talent" stylists for their fresh ideas and creativity. I loved how lush the building was, and how friendly everyone was. After business began to pick up for them, Z's became fairly popular, but didn't adjust to their new client flow. At the end of my run of being a customer there, I found myself waiting for as much as 30 to 45 minutes whenever I showed up for an appointment -- ON TIME! I do understand that the business is booming over there, but I find it ludicrous that I had to waste an extra half hour of my day waiting on an appointment in which I was paying big money for. NOT worth it in the least.
