If you like contractors who...

1. Swear at you.

2. Tell their customers they have a "mental imbalance".

3. Throw temper tantrums and checks back at you when they're proved wrong.

4. Take your money and disappear for weeks with no communication.

5. Give you an estimate. Then kick the estimate up $3000 right before they start the job, then raise it another $7,000 two days later.

6. Miss multiple appointments and start dates.



Then hire Zimmer & Kohl.



If you don't like any of these qualities, then hire a good contractor.
