This guy is a crook…Beware. Purchased a $20K piece of equipment from this company to be used by a large plastic manufacturer for our products. Ended up bringing the machine in house to use at our own facility. Was having multiple problems with it, and asked Steve, the owner for a duplicate copy of the manual, so we could get the machine running properly, as the previous place had lost the information. He told me for $1000 that he would sell me the operating manual information, after I had already paid for it once before. When I questioned him about why he was charging me that much for a manual and that I disagreed with having to pay that much, he said the price now went to $2000.

STAY FAR AWAY…very bad business practices.

Would give Zero stars.
