Rude, unfriendly and to darn expensive! It was a last minute decision for me but if I knew what I know now....I wouldn't hv gone or stayed

WORST PLACE EVER..NEVER again will I go there or subject my girls to this salon. The lady was RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Right when you walk I the salon, one of the braiders has her kid there with a blanket, chips, etc, wolluring in this nasty couch. That should have been my hint. Based on my experience today, The lady needs to realize I don't need her money she needs mine. She needs to learn how to talk to people without trying get to loud and ignorant. I ain't the one for that foolishness. This salon doesn't deserve a star rating but I had to choose something to submit this comment. I will be reporting this salon to the Better business bureau

WORST PLACE EVER...Don't waste your time and money. I walked in the store and I inquired about jumbo twist for my daughters hair. The lady wanted to charge me $120 for my 10 year old daughters Twist and $100 for my 6 year old daughter. I told her no thank you and proceed to leave the store. As I was leaving she started to hassle me and said what price do you want to pay. We agreed to $80 and $ 60. After being there for about 40 min, I decided to check on my duaghter while she was in the world chair. The lady was braiding her hair. Of course I said so something. The lady told me that twist cost more, etc . I told her that is what we agreed on. She started to get LOUD and Ignorant. I told her to take down the few braids she already started. She was angry and told the lady braiding to cut the braids out. By then I was really not having it, she is not going to cut my daughters hair in anger and cut the hair. I made her take them out. She said I owed her $10 for what she did. I refused to stoop to the low level with this woman.just RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and likes to hustle you and renig on her word. To make a long story short....Don't waste your time.

I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lady doing my hair rushed my service because her ride was there and she didn't want to wait. The shop has a filthy appearance and the customer service is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE

I would have given no stars if it was an option. The lady who took my hair down was rude and disrespectful. The shop has an appearance that it hasn't been clean in years. I was rushed during my service because her ride was here and she didn't want to wait any longer. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will NEVER patronize this business again!
