Had to have one of my water heaters replaced and since both were almost 30 years old I decided to replace both. They brought my system up to date and to code. They did a great job and would recommend them to all.

Ace hi has done it again! They out beat all other quotes and did a great job replacing our furnace and air conditioning. We have used them for all of our plumbing needs with such high complements, when our 20+ year old furnace died we called them for a quote. I truly trust their knowledgeable technicians and recommend them to family and friends!?

I called for a quote and was given a fair price they came out when they promised and fixed the problem and was very close to their quote . even cleaned up after themselves nicely. Highly recommend them !!

Called to have them check out our HVAC system and was quoted $75 to check it out. Technician arrived and tried to charge my wife $100 for the general inspection. It took her challenging the technician pay the original quote. Called to discuss with the office manager and she gave me to the Owner, He did not even give me a chance to explain my reason, he jumped on me. I have never been treated with such disrespect from an Owner. He was rude and yelled for trying to voice my complaint. They also quoted the highest cost of everyone we asked for. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS OWNER, SO CLEARLY the company won't ever operate well. STAY AWAY and PICK someone else.

I would never use them. I was quoted $75 dollars to come out and technician tried to charge $100 upon dealing with my wife. Called the OWNER to discuss make him aware of the issue. Instead of hearing me out he, he told me I was wrong. I have never been treated this bad from a so called business man! He was rude, disrespectful, and yelled at me a customer. He felt there is no issue since my wife ensured she only paid the $75. They were also the most expensive quote for final repair. DO NOT USE!!!!

Called to schedule a repair appointment for my water heater which was not working. I was told it would be one week before they could get here. I responded that they expected me to go one week without hot water and was told I rude and the receptionist hung up the phone!

I referred Ace Hi to my aunt because I knew them from working on jobs together. Her furnace was not working. They did come out on a Sunday and told her it was a limit switch that was out and that they could replace it but something else might go out and they recommended replaceing the furnace. Thats like saying "your thermostat is out in your car, if we replace it your water pump might go out, you might as well buy a new car" They said they could order the part and replace it for $330.00. When she decided to wait they still stuck her for a $180.00 service charge for nothing. After talking to a neighbor and finding out she was crying about getting a bill with no service he called a friend that looked at it and found that it was not a limit switch just a loose thermostat wire and fixed it for her.I will not recommend these guys again especially for elderly people on a fixed income.

I have a new plumber in Loveland that I'm very happy with. They came out the same day, had the parts in the truck and the bill didn't break the bank. Thanks goodness their are still honest people out there!

They did a great job in that they got to my house the same day I called and had the parts in their truck. Honest and reasonable prices for the plumbing repair. I would recommend this plumber.

I called these guys about a backed up shower drain, they scheduled me for the very next day. their serviceman was professional and gave me tips on how to avoid this in the future. definitely my new plumbers.

I'v had another companies do our plumbing problems in the past and was never left happy. I called Ace Hi when our toilet clogged up, and they came that day. Well when the problem was not totally fixed, they were great about coming back the next morning. Our plumber (John), was more than helpful and made sure the job was done right. After all was said and done he even cleaned up after himself and was careful not to get our carpet dirty. I was 100% satisfied with their company and employees. Thank you Ace Hi.

We redid the basement bathroom and opened it up to the loundry room. We had 3 pther companys in loveland bid the job and Ace high was not only the cheapest but when the job was done it was the same price as the bid and that really does not happan very offten. They also cleaned it all up and put little bootes in their feet so not to get dirt anywhere else in the house. They are great and very friendly.

My toilet backed up and made a big mess. I call the plumber and he talked me throw turning the water off. Came out and snaked my pipes. They were fast and very nice. They got it fixed fast and cleaned up after the job was done. I know if I have any other promblems with my plumbing I know how to call.

They showed up at 3 am and finished the job for a lot less than I had thought it was going to be. The worker were nice and came out with in 20 min. of my call. I will never use any other company than Ace High again. The price was unbeatable.

Made an appointment to have them give me an estimate on a project. They didn't show up. Gave them feedback and never heard back from them.
