Had coverage through here for 3 years roughly. Awful experience. Prices are jacked WAY up compared to other companies. Could NEVER get a hold of my agent, even when I needed to file a claim, no matter how many calls or emails to my agent, I was forced to contact American Family customer service line to file it, AND the only contact after filing from my agent was him informing me my rates went up. He never reached out to check on things, and my payments would be raised without warning every 6 months.
Would not recommend to anyone, and have started telling friends and family who use it to switch.
Found a new company that gives me the exact same coverage on my vehicle for $60.00 cheaper each month + I added renters insurance! This place is a rip off, and awful costumer service.
