WORST DRY CLEANER EVER. avoid at all costs, they ruin things that are brand new and then take zero responsibility, blaming it on the most ridiculous excuses. they also don't get things clean.

Use her service at work where they drop off and pick-up. Sent two shirts in and only one came back. She told me someone at work must of stole it and refused to replace the shirt. Filed a report with BBB which she is not a member of. She did not respond to BBB. Why anyone would just steal one of my shirts, I don't know. My company has never had any thefts. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere for your c leaning needs.

In less than a year, we have lost 2 shirts, been overcharged for alterations (even when they were not fully completed).



And just recently we took in a pair of pants to be fixed, when we went to pick them up they had yet to be fixed; however they were sure to charge us for the repair. So we had to take them back, explained the situation to the Owner, and she told me they would be ready at the end of the week. When we went to pick them up we were CHARGED AGAIN!!!! DOUBLE CHARGED! This is the last straw.



Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to here!
