The guys at Tri City did not mess around at my house. Professional, timely and very nice to deal with. They briefly told me what they were going to be doing for the installation and what areas around the house they would be working at. Darin and his crew very accommodating along with a very good value for my new central air unite. Im Happy!

I've worked with Tri City and Darin several times and have had nothing but great luck! His response time is wonderful--which is extremely important when you have a heating or cooling problem.

We paid them $200 to install a gas range and since Nov. 31 it is still an ongoing issue - it's now Dec. 27. I realize $200 may not be much to some, however in our economy and to many, it is a lot. This issue transcends $ when we are unable to cook for weeks, and when the word and trust of a company, regardless of the holidays, means absolutely nothing.Darren, the self-proclaimed "owner" of Tri-City Heating and Air, is the one who ripped us off.Not only did he take our $, tuck tail & run, but he left me with a GAS LEAK that he admittedly caused by recklessly shoving the range against the wall. And, then to top it off, he told me that it was my problem - not his. Happy holidays.Dec. 19, we called Benjamin Franklin to do and fix what Darren broke and got paid to do.I feel that we’ve given Tri-City Heating and Air ample time to resolve each issue that has risen. We have shown patience and have actually offered more accommodation to them than what was ever to be offered to us.
