I received a check that was issued from this bank and I figured I would go and look into opening an account. First thing they told me was that they were going to charge me $7.50 just to cash one of their own checks since I don't have an account with them. Good customer service but if they are charging fees for their own members checks who knows what other fees they're going to charge on the site as well. Beware.
