Quotes were always different, they took it upon themselves to never inform us of what was done to our car but turned in extra claims to our insurance company so they could get paid more money without ever going through us. When we received the car back, a month later, the work was absolutely terrible. We were not treated respectfully; we had been hung up on numerous times we tried to call the place, we were never called back, and we were never given truthful answers. Do NOT take your car here!!!!

I was recently involved in an accident in my new Escalade and had to have it towed to Blue Ribbon. I didn't think my car would ever be the same after this. Blue Ribbon did such a fantastic job of repairing my car it's like i drove it off the showroom floor. I want to strongly recommend these folks to anyone who has been in an accident of any size. They got it done quick and it was perfect!!
