They are your stereotipical gunshop know-it-alls with the egos to boot. They are apparently too busy for customer service, so they won't really miss not having me as a customer.

Great prices and inventory. My new favorite gun shop!

If you like to be treated like a stray dog, go to Jensen where they will surely do a great job at that but nothing else. They may have good prices, but that isn't enough for me to go back. I have bought one firearms and hundreds of rounds from there but every time I was belittled or ignored. If you live in Loveland/Fort Collins, go to Orchard's Ace, Jax, or Colorado Gun Works. I'd rather spend an extra $5-40 buying a firearm from a store with employees that are respectful and courteous than from arrogant, discourteous, and egoistical ones.

The store is a bit small, but the selection is big. Every type of gun is represented in the inventory, from small plinkers to large caliber rifles. When a big chain store didn't carry a special item I was asking about, the salesman referred me to Jensen Arms. The staff wasn't the cheery "howdy, pal" crowd, but were all business and facts.
