I have used Lowe's in Loveland quite a bit over the years and have never had a problem. Recently I ordered a large order of insulation and drywall online to be delivered to my home. I was told the delivery was to be on July 4th. I arranged to have people there at delivery time to unload and spread. I was called at 9:30 AM and told the order could not be delivered. I asked to reschedule and was told I could not do that today and call back tomorrow. I called Lowes of Loveland back and told them to cancel the order. I was told the order was cancelled. Two days later I went online to make sure it was cleared and the order had not been cleared and in fact, showed that the order was delivered. I called the store immediately and was passed around 4 times before being hung up on. I called again and after being passed around again, was told the would be cancelled and the receipt would be emailed to me immediately. That didn't happen. I called back yet again, and after being passed around yet again, finally got the order cancelled and receipt e-mailed to me. While on the phone with all the various employees I encountered, I was treated as if I was the bad guy in this matter. You would think for a 3000 dollar order someone would have tried to resolve the matter, but it never came up. I will never set foot in a Lowes again. I still can't believe how bad the experience was.

I love going here. All of the employees have been very informative and helpful. I just try to stay away on the weekends when it is pretty busy.
