We provide good, thorough cleaning, at a price that works with your budget. Most of the facilities we serve are cleaned five days a week, while some are cleaned three days a week. To avoid spreading our workforce thin, and to maintain quality for our existing clients, we require a minimum of three days per week to begin services.We specialize in a full spectrum of interior cleaning services. If desired, we can clean glass inside and out, carpets, hard surface floors, and more – although we know you may have specialty vendors who handle these things. We can easily provide a “white glove” level of service suitable for medical facilities, as well as a “just right” level for other types of buildings.We value our relationships with a number of commercial building owners that lease space to tenants. We work with landlords to avoid tenant complaints, and many provide our services as part of each lease agreement. Tenants appreciate getting a turnkey solution, and landlords rest easy knowing they control how their building is maintained. Services and fees are adjusted as tenants come and go.Three are better than oneWe send out three-person crews on most of our jobs. We seek to keep workloads manageable, and have each crew clean just two or three buildings a night to help eliminate fatigue and maintain quality. Crew members regularly rotate duties, which helps to capitalize on each team member’s strengths.
