You get what you pay for...or maybe less.

I took my daughter in for Halloween pictures on 10/1. When we were already on our way they called to tell us their picture printer was broken...but not to worry they would mail them to us. The pictures were disappointing...but since we had made the effort to have the pictures taken we ordered a small package. On the way out they, once again, promised to mail us the photo's within the week. Apparently the photo printer broke last Christmas too...and according to our photographer mailing photo's is something they are use to.
Today is 10/17 and we still haven't received the pictures, so I called to check on them. Autumn in customer service was annoyed and said I could expect the photo's in 3-4 weeks. WHAT??
This has been an all around terrible experience...never again.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The pictures of my daughter looked good but I told the lady, I want the pictures digitally and your cheapest package. She would not stop upselling and told me if I wanted to print them wherever I wanted later that I had to buy their $300 package with copyright protection. When I expressed displeasure she gave me attitude. I bought the package to please my wife and get out of there without further incident. of course I have tone of pictures I do not need. next thing I get an email with my daughters picture pasted on it trying to up sell me on keychains, mugs etc. I did not approve this.



terrible. I will never go back and I hope more people rate their terrible business practices.

They are good, but they seem t...

They are good, but they seem to overbook. We made an appointment for 9:00 am. We took the Christmas photos first, then had to wait for 10-15 minutes while another familiy finished up in the multi-purpose room. While we were waiting, 3 other families finished their Christmas photos and were also waiting for the same room we were waiting for. Once we got into the room though, they were very quick and kept things moving for everyone. The pictures were all wonderful and I feel like we got a lot for the money we spent. They do try to wrangle you in though with special "packages," but they are still cheaper than buying sheets separately. I will definately be returning to them and highly recommend them.

Horrible Experience -- Bad Photos

My daughter, Katie, took her 4 year old daughter, Maggie, in for a photo session. The session was horrible. The photographer was rushed, took average photos, and when we called to tell them about our dissatisfaction, they told us that the manager would call back. The manager offered to re-take the photos if my daughter would re-schedule. The manager then told my daughter that she should expect to be rushed through the photo session because she was 5 minutes late for the photos, and they only had 15 minutes to take the photos. Because my daughter was 5 minutes late, the photographer would only spend 10 minutes posing and getting photos of Maggie. All in all, this is not an experience we want to recommend. Don't go to this business!!
