Been here many times & had most of the burgers they make. My favorite is the Burnin' Love (no pink). Bottomless fries are great, but sometimes a source of irritation when neither an initial basket nor any refills are offered. Multiple servers have told us that management discourages them from offering refills, which is the worst kind of bean-counting stupidity (the known cost of a basket of fries beating out the unknown value of happy customers returning). I like Red Robin but have never been able to fall in love with the chain; it's a fine place to eat once a year.

Food. And service good. A bit pricey for what you get. I.e., burgers. Major deception with gaming device on tables inviting you to play and then charging you a buck 99 for the privilege. Waitress volunteered she received a lot of complaints about this. Asked for manager. He/she never showed. Waitress refunded money for game. The scam takes away from the positives of this restaurant Bad PR move on mgmt's part. Waitress even said she feels it undermines the integrity of the business. Re mgmt needs to fix this.
