This was the first time I used this company and it went very well. They hustled, were efficient, respectful and considerate of our belongings. Will definitely be happy to refer family and friends to you guys!

Movers were scheduled to arrive onsite at 10 am the first day. Showed up at 11:30 am with 20 foot truck after they were supposed to show up with a 26 footer. Towards the end of the day they informed us they would need to be paid in cash. Had to scramble to get them a company check as cash was not available. We asked them to come back the next day and although they had a previously scheduled appointment that morning, they said they could be there between 12:30 and 1:00 pm. They called that morning and confirmed that start time. Then they called back and said they couldn't be there until 2:30 pm. They were asked if they could meet me at the unloading site and although they were driving from about an hour away and knew I wouldn't need them for more than an hour, they agreed. I also agreed to pay a trip charge of $50. Due to that confirmation I had some heavy refrigerators loaded up on the other end with the assumption Roaring Lion would help me unload. I had been loading the truck I had rented all by myself up to this point other than getting help loading 3 household size refrigerators and 2 industry size refrigerators. Then Roaring Lion called back and cancelled. I got the impression it wasn't worth their time to drive that far just to work an hour or so. I was left in the lurch with no one to help me unload the refrigeration units. Had to scramble to get another employee to drive an hour to meet me to help unload. As it was we had trouble getting the biggest unit off the truck and could barely get it far enough to be inside the fenced yard. While the movers were there the previous day, they were hard workers and amiable. I was just very disappointed that they cancelled after I got the heavy equipment loaded. I would not have had it loaded had I known they were going to cancel. Due to the bad experience with Roaring Lion Movers, we will never call this company again for their services. Maybe had they shown up on time the first day with a 26 foot truck, might not have needed them the second day anyway.
