I was very dissatisfied in my dealings with Rainbow Auto Sales. Everything was good at first when I was wanting to buy a truck from them. They told me that they had one that would work great for me. So... I of coarse was listening and wanted to see it. Well... they told me that they were getting it detailed and that they wanted to get a deposit from me to hold the truck. You klnow... to make sure I was serious. So... being nieve, I gave them some money, only after being told that my deposit was totally refundable. Things did not work out with the deal (the transmission in my trade-in went out). When they were informed that the deal was not going to work out, they were "going to wyoming" for something. Which I think it was at that point in time that they went to deposit my money into their account! I called them on more than one occasion about getting my money back... first they told me that it would take up to ten business days to get my money back into my account... then a few calls later, the story turned out to be that they have no intention of giving my deposit back. If I would have known that this is how they do business over at Rainbow Auto Sales, I would have never waisted my time and money! Thank you for reading my review, and please, don't get taken to the cleaners! Hopefully this review on my story gave you some insight as to how things are done. If you want a fair deal, it would be in your best interest to make a wise choice in continuing your search and take your business else where!
