These people will scam you. They knowingly put faulty parts in my car, lied about it, and then denied a warranty that they offered several times. I ended up needing to buy a new car. Do not trust them! They will screw you over.

The mechanic pulled out the diesel engine many times and still could not repair it for the issues it had !The garage overhauled the diesel engine on the thrid time it was removed ( Was still not repaired correctly ) The mechanic installed broken parts that they had broken when making the other repairs and installed new parts incorrectly that ruined other parts of the engine. They would not rectify their work when shown that there was internal damage to the repaired engine that they installed.A LOT OF MONEY SPENT HERE !!!Took the ford to another garage and had it repaired by a diesel mechanic.I did not have five star experience with this garage !!!Also their new web site will not let you write a review .

There's a saying that goes, "In life you need 3 things: a good doctor, a good mechanic and someone who can cut your hair." I've lived long enough to know the wisdom of this adage. If your looking for a good mechanic to repair your car, then you would be well-served to have it repaired and maintained at U.S. Automotive in Loveland. Some mechanics are good and some are professionals. Among the professional mechanics in the Loveland and Fort Collins area, the folks at U.S. Automotive -- Tom Williams and Jeff Van Horn -- are known and regarded for their expertise. From my experience in life, they are rarely found anywhere else.

Tom, Renee and the staff are wonderful. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Very honest and reliable.

Wouldn't take my car any place else. They have always given me a fair price for great work. my car is always returned to me in more than a timely manner
