Nearly 4 months ago I took my car through the new automated "touchless" carwash. Upon exit, the automatic garage door came down on my car. The "owner" of the eatablishment came out, looked at the roof of car and said, "There's no damage." Upon getting home I saw several large 12" scratches on my roof. I've been to the venue 6/7 times now, made atleast 50 calls to management and left multiple messages. THEY ARE AVOIDING ME! All I want is for my car to be fixed OR compensated so I can take it to the body shop! I've been going here for 10 years and I will NEVER be back but will be pursuing legal action!

I have gone twice in the last month and the automatic carwash has NOT worked. I would've expected it to be fixed. I have ordered 2 different washes and only get a hard stream of water that finally kicks in during rinse cycle. I know others have to have complained too. Out $15 for nothing now! :-(

since the new owners took over 8 years ago the place is clean with friendly attendants .. that resolve any troubles i have had .. thank for being there
