I went there recently for a new shooter private lesson and the owner is the one who taught me. I was very happy with my experience. He loaded while I shot, adjusted my grip, stance, sights. He had me shooting well within 45 minutes at 5 7 and 10 yards. I'm glad I got him as the instructor. I'll be back for range time and cc class.

I disagree with everyone that gave bad reviews, I thought the service was great. Everyone helped with a smile, laughed, joked and we also spoke about competitors prices and no one took anything personal. Keep up the good job guys the service was great...

My first buying experience with them left me with a less than positive feeling and it is unlikely I will go back. Purchased a handgun and asked to have night sights installed. Informed they were out of stock but likely would have them on when I picked it up after waiting period. I waited a week before going back and they still were not installed. Left phone number to call me when ready. No call after three more weeks. Picked up weapon with no night sights.

Tried to give local independent dealer some business but with this kind of service I may as well go to a big box store and save money.

I agree with the person that says it's a bad and unfriendly place to do business. Their gun prices are marked up for a trade-in. To buy a gun at this place just to use there range isn't worth it. Every time you go to use the range, you are greeted by the unfriendly owner and staff. The owner is a real gem. No personality. Always angry and never happy. My advice is to stay away from this place of business and do business with people who care about your needs and business.

My experience with the Bullet Shop has been outstanding. Never any problems. Why would someone go to the Bullet Shp for ten yrs and call them a bad place.

This place treats you like garbage and likes to talk down to you. Their Prices are 100-200 dollars more than you can get elsewhere. if you mention a competitors price they bad mouth that company and get very rude and offended. I have been visiting their store for over 10 years, I bought a few things here and there. Its unsafe to even go in their store. Not too long ago they gave a guy a live round to load the gun with so the guy could see how it worked. Needless to say the guy accidently fired the weapon. A live round, How stupid. someone could have been killed or hurt real bad. There is even a post it note with the guys name on it posted on the celing covering the bullet hole. Luckly nobody did get shot as he was aiming it up at the celing when it fired. Bulletstop is just a bad place to support.

I am a novice when it comes to purchasing and shooting--all new to me--visited Bullet Stop and the employees were exceptional and helpful(I think I asked 100 questions!)--ended up purchasing at a great price-(shopped around at alot of different gun shops)-very happy with the pistol and very reasonable prices on pistols as well as rifles--also---purchase at their shop and shoot on their range for $10!!!---good deal all around, will purchase there again-
