This is the only nail salon I will go to. I have acrylic nails that I get redone every two weeks and they are the best! I've had pedicures at several places and Foxy goes above and beyond every other place for a great experience. I love their scrub during a pedicure. It's so relaxing!

Beautiful nails salon with wide color selection. I’m a color person, every time I come to do manicure I try a different color. Sometimes, I got all 10 nails with 10 different colors. They got hundreds of colors to choose and this really satisfies my hobby.

Beautiful nails salon. I like the environment here. Technicians are friendly and professional. They did a great job on my nails and toe nails when I came here to get combo mani pedi for a low cost.

Got a wonderful pedicure for a good price. The technician did a great job. I felt so relaxed during pedicure time and was happy with my clean feet. No cuticle left on my toes and all dirt under the toe nails came off completely. Thanks for a great service!

Nice place. I got my full set acrylic nails here and satisfied with the result. My nails felt strong and looked so pretty. Plus, the color was beautiful and shiny. They did a good job.

Saw their website at foxynailslovespark.com and liked their cheap price of pink and white gel full set. So I came and get their service. The result came out beautiful and shiny. They have a good customer service with good attitude technicians and they treated me like a friend even though I came here for the first time.

I went in for a no chip manicure and when I chose my color, two ladies walked in and wanted pedicures. I stood there with the color chip in my hand and waited for the girl who was to be my manicurist. They sat me at a desk and waited. Another lady started taking off my old nail polish and left me alone. It was regular store bought nail polish, nothing special. It was then i realized that the person who was supposed to help me was just starting to give the people who walked in after me a pedicure. They said it would just a few minutes. ...one hour later I was finally waited on and the manicurist was rude as was the person who took my nail polish off. Had they not started my mani I never would have stayed. But since i was going to have to pay for the services anyway I waited against my better judgment. I was late to an appointment because of their lack of communication and professionalism. What should have taken about and hour lasted over two!!! The next morning one of the nails had bubbled and was already beginning to tear--so much for a no chip manicure. Never again will i step foot in this establishment; they certainly made me remember why I had stopped going to Foxy Nails in the first place.

I had gone to Foxy Nail's in the past for pedicures and loved them! Decided to stop in and get my no chip mani redone, and it was a horrible decision. The lady that did the no chip mani kept pushing the mood polish colors on me and made me sit while she kept bringing me more even after I tried to get up to pick my own color. Finally I choose a mood color that was dark like I wanted. While she was removing my previous no chip color she filed the nails so hard they started to burn and I had to make her stop. After finally painting my nails they weren't even the color she showed me! It was a light gold, the opposite of what I wanted and what I told her I wanted. So annoyed and not wanting to go through the pain of her removing the polish again I sucked it up and decided to pay. At this point she brings me my debit card receipt and tells me she had to charge me extra for the mood color, that I didn't even want in the first place! I was furious and signed my receipt and walked out.



30 minutes later I called to speak with the owner which took me over 2 hours to get a call back. She said to come in and they would repaint my nails for free. Walked in and asked for Crystal who wouldn't even get up to greet me, instead she sat at the pedi chair on the far end and did her own pedicure. The best part, is when they had the same lady who screwed my nails up start taking my polish off until finally the guy behind me jumped in and took over. While he did do a little better of a job, he still left polish on my skin and looks messy.



There are so many things wrong with this place I don't how they stay in business. Just sitting getting my nails redone, I watched the older lady that works there take the cheap pedi slippers off a girl and put them back with the new ones! After Crystal finished her own pedi, she didn't even wash the tub out with disinfectant. Or should I comment on Crystal yelling at her son, and hitting him upside his head for playing with a garbage can lid. My list can go on...



Overall this place is not sanitary. I will NEVER go back and I will make sure to tell my friends about the horrible experience so they do not go and waste their money.

By far best place to get your nails/toes done in the rockford area!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they do such an amazing job! Crystal, the owner, is so lovely and she does an amazing job on my nails. She and all her workers get along so well and it's just a fun atmosphere. Also, it is one of the cleanest and cutest salons I've been in! I refuse to go anywhere else! I love Foxy!

Loving Foxy Nails!!!

I'm so happy that I've found Foxy Nails! Crystal makes everyone feel welcome, and I'm loving the no-chip manicures! The salon has a great atmosphere and prices are fair. I'll definitely be treating myself to a trip to this great salon each month!

Got a full-set Saturday. The nails are too thick and too wide. Apparently the owner, Crystal, is out of town, so that means no one is answering the phone. The voicemail is full. I'm trying to get in to have someone fix these nails and it's impossible. The sign says they open at 9 am and I'm waiting for someone to show up. If they're closed for Labor Day, they probably should have posted something. The nails suck and so does the service.

Foxy nails is the best place for nails!! I have been going to Crystal for 9 years, from when I was a sophomore in high school (for my first homecoming) to now Im 25 married with two children, and she does an amazing job! The nails stay shiny and gorgeous for almost 4 weeks when other nail salons the nails start getting dull and falling off in just a week or two. The salon is high end, clean, and very sterile. There are brand new messaging pedicure chairs that are amazing during a pedicure. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job! Crystal is the sweetest and funniest person and gets everyone in fast.

This salon is great and I would not go anywhere else. The price is good and the quality is even better! I would suggest if you are going on sat. to make an appointment even if it is that day. They do get busy on sat. especially on holiday weekends. I make an appointment even when I go during the week but walk ins do come in when Im there, and get taken care of right away.

Crystal, the owner, made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Friendly staff and relaxing environment. Will definitely go back!

I absoulutely love going to this nail salon. The whole group is very friendly and the owner knows people by name. Every time I have been there she checks to make sure that my nails are done the way I like them and that I am completely satisfied. I would not go anywhere else for my nails or my pedicures!

I absolutely LOVE Foxy Nails...I was getting my nails done at another shop prior to going to Foxy Nails; and was very pleased with my nail tech, but after my first visit to Krystal and the other guys (Cindy and Andy), I have NEVER returned to my other nail tech. The atmosphere is great and they make you feel so comfortable and important...and not to mention the quality of work is TOP NOTCH!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!

The salon is nicely decorated, kept up, and generally pretty to be in. I have found the owner and staff very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. The quality of work was excellent and fairly priced. I always enjoy my visits to the salon.

Krystal ( the owner of the salon) does a great job. I have yet to loose one nail, she's the best! I love the relaxed, non-snooty atmosphere. Great place, would recommend it to everyone.

The woman who owns this place. Doesn't care about anyone but her self. I had my wedding party come in I made an apt. 3 weeks prior and she said she would have the necessary people in to accommodate us. We went in the day before my wedding(the day the apt. was for) they were packed and only had 3 people working. we were in there for 3 1/2 hours and I hadn't even gotten my nails done. she was chit chatting with employees and not even paying attention to my bridesmaids. I was very disappointed, but I was still polite and she went on about how it was my fault. Also when I got my pedicure the woman took maybe at the most 20 min's rolling her eyes at me the whole time, it was the worst pedicure I had ever had. I felt so un welcome!
