On Friday 10-23-2015 my daughter took my vehicle to this location for an oil change as I was out of town. She parked the vehicle and I picked it up upon return. as I was driving the vehicle I detected a smoke odor. I opened the hood and found my electric fan smoking almost catching fire. A 32 mm socket was located in the fan shroud left by a technician later found by the name Chris. I presented him a bill for ONLY $93.00 and no labor to install the part. Chris was very upset and claimed responsibility. The district manager contacted me back and will only pay what the shop that obtained the part for me at their cost of $53.01. 12 miles were on this oil change.. STAY AWAY of this franchise if this is how they choose to take care of their customers!
