the managers and employees need more training on how to deal with the customers. I had 2 issues , a part was ordered from another store and I was told it will be at the store the next day at 7:30 am. Went to pick it up and was told it would be 10:30 am. I was told on Sunday it was 10:30. Drove all the way To get this part and got nothing . Communication is key ! Next I purchased undercoating 2cans . Had a sale price 2 for $8.00. Paid and left , then realize I was changed to much. Returned to the store and was told it was in the wrong slot. Not customers fault ! This store needs. Ore training.

Great service!

Brought a part in that was purchased but not used over a year ago, and despite the understandable 3 month return policy, they gave me an in store credit and made a customer for life! Great job!
