My family and I visited on a F...

My family and I visited on a Friday night and had a blast. I was concerned because of the other comment but never noticed anyone drunk or running down the lanes. The staff was friendly, the food was served in a timly fashion. We had a blast.

Needs Drink limit

Me and my family were there Saturday Night and the amount of intoxicated people running up and down the isles and lanes was non-sense and nothing was being done about it. I thought it was suppost to be a family oriented place , instead it was a drunk fest with people groping each other right next to our kids , it seemed as though there wasn't enough managment on hand to control the place. The staff was friendly , just not enough to weed out the non-sense. We wont be back !!!

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I would like to point out that at no time would anything you mentioned would be tolerate by my management team. Further we have Lowell Police Department as security on weekends and have had them since opening the facility. I am again sorry to hear that your experience was unpleasant and wish you and your family the best.
