They're rude and only care about your money. They won't fix anything. They're APARTMENTS are roach and mice infested, if you're lucky you won't have bed bugs. They don't work with their tenants and do not care about their tenants one bit. You want someone to be rude to you on the phone??? They're great at that. I highly recommend not renting from them. They are horrible people. They're slum lords.

We had squirrels and a nest of birds living in our ceilings and they did nothing to solve the issue. The birds came out of the ceiling and were flying around the apartment.... I am disgusted with BPB and how they treated my family and myself.... Rent at your own risk. Best of luck and best wishes.
