Terrible customer service, you walk in no one acknowledges you. Not to mention they need to instal more water fountain, there is only one in the whole gym. I should know what I was signing up for because the day I was signing up the gentleman who was assisting me picked up the phone and it was his boss, instead telling the boss that he was with a customer, he made me wait about 10 min while he was giving the boss the production of his day. Not to mention that i had a friend visiting and I toke him to work out with me, the desk person did not let him in because he only had his passport and for her it was not a valid form of id ( really ).
I am very unsatisfied with this gym, the only reason I don't change it its because they are a bloc away from my house. But if you have the option run away... terrible place.
