I am forced to give a minimum of one star here, otherwise it would be zero! I am a patient of this practice with another doctor who is great. Mr. Tavano owns this practice I am told by his staff.

Here's the basis for my complaint: My wife asked several weeks ago for a letter from our doctor to send to our insurance co. stating she needs a certain medication. Today 3 weeks later I get a call from this office and the nurse said the letter is available now to pick up. I politely asked for them to please put it in the mail to us. To which she said: " I NEED A STAMP FROM YOU TO DO THAT AS IT IS OFFICE POLICY"!!! Is this the MOST ridiculous comical thing you have EVER heard coming from and professional office let alone A DOCTOR!

So this begs the question, if they are this petty not to send a letter a patient needs because they need a stamp from me what else are they cutting back on. I am pulling out of this office just as soon as practical. My advice to you is stay away.
