There are very few businesses like Garnick's. Total throwback. Lots and lots of vinyl and vintage equipment. And Dave is one of the few persons around who has years of experience working with jukeboxes. He has kept mine running for a decade or more. We are loyal customers.

Their service sucks for electronics repairs. They have my TV set for 3 months and are still working on it...list of excuses continue...



Unprofessional, Arrogant, Unapologetic, Old school !

Called them to ask if they fix projectors and I asked how much it would cost but before I could tell them what's not wrong with it, the guy on the phone was being a douche. I understand that they get asked that question a lot but a simple "we don't know until we check it" would've been much better for their business. If you can't thoroughly do your job, maybe you should find another job and let the real pros handle it with kindness (which you guys certainly don't have). When I do my job I make certain that I listen to customers and employees so the job gets done better. You'll get no customers assuming things and not letting them finish what they're going to say. Their business is laughable. I'd give them no stars if I could.
