The only reason I gave 5 stars...

The only reason I gave 5 stars is to get my review on the top. This is the worst apartment management. You get letters sticking to your door every month asking for $2, $2.49 and so on, explaining the maintenance as science. And guess what, the rent is prorated when you move in and full month when you move out. You pay to use the swimming pool. Forget about kids playing in the parking lot you cant even walk/drive. The one big advantage of this is, you are restricted and threatened so much that you will think of buying your own house. I am sure some will come back and contradict these, and you know who they are...
