Order on my phone and pick up at the counter cost $13.04. Place the same exact order at the drive thru window and it cost OVER $26.00. How can this be? I questioned the server and after receiving a quick "laugh" was told NO, it is $26. Told them to go ahead and keep the food. As a business owner of 20+ years I'm astonished KFC finds this "method" of doing business acceptable. This is flat out deceit, disrespect for the customer and considering the lower price is advertised it is THEFT!
