The organization s leased housing division subsidizes the families in privately owned apartments. Lowell Housing Authority also houses public housing and public safety divisions.

Provided by YP.comI think that Lowell Police should get a Helicopter, I can save money and time for the police Helicopter, Please I think that Lowell is the best fighting city in Amerca but a helicopter would be better. I can save the city thousands of dollars in buying a helicopter from MBM helicopter in North Andover mass, [email protected] and as well as the direct # 978-689-7600
