Established in 1937, Lowell Housing Authority, also known as LHA, offers a range of accommodation services for low-income, elderly, disabled and handicapped individuals. It conducts youth activities, family resource parenting, supportive living services, community policing, community service and self sufficiency, family self sufficiency and homeownership programs. The organization s administrative department is responsible for payroll processing and distribution, fund investment, account reconciliation and procurement. Its capital construction program includes the development and oversight of state and federal capital budgets and the selection and management of consultants and contractors. The organization s leased housing division subsidizes the families in privately owned apartments. Lowell Housing Authority also houses public housing and public safety divisions.

Provided by YP.comI think that Lowell Police should get a Helicopter, I can save money and time for the police Helicopter, Please I think that Lowell is the best fighting city in Amerca but a helicopter would be better.
