While I was brought on urgently since they are a new company and didn�t have any employees, I was told several lies about what I would be doing for the company. While I was the only behavior technician in the area who could work I wasn�t given a raise let alone any respect from the CEO or my supervisor. While she was stuck on her high horse there were times when I was sick and couldn�t get out of bed that I still had to go to session and instead of a thank you I got nothing but more sick. Totally a waste of time as I didn�t learn anything about moving up the company and I didn�t hear anything about how great I was doing. While this is the worst company I�ve ever worked for I stayed so long because the family was amazing. The only problem is with the disrespectful CEO who believes her say is the right way and nobody else matters. Pathetic leadership skills and childlike mentality when dealing with conflict resolution. My recommendation, DO NOT APPLY, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Trust me. There are so many other companies out there that are a thousand percent better and will help you as an individual grow as well.
