Provided by YP.comHe was abrupt, unpleasant, unprofessional and did not speak clearly. He was rushed and distracted. He was not a good listener. I will not be returning.

Provided by YP.comChecked out the Dr.'s credentials from their website, seen he was located very close to my house, and thought he would be a wonderful pick for the family. Took my daughter since she was complaining of headaches, eye strain, and burning. The staff was wonderful, on the other hand the Dr. was very rude. He came in the room, reviewed the computer, looked at her eyes and asked what the problem was. When my daughter had told him what she was experiencing and stated she thought she may need glasses, he looked at her and seriously said (mind you she's 14) "Are you high? Glasses are not for looks. Glasses are for those who can't see. They are not a fashion statement.' Obviously I was upset that a MD would speak to a child, especially MY child in this manner, so I decided to get a second opinion (which I had to pay out of pocket for) this OPTOMETRIST (a non medical eye "Dr.") stated my daughter was indeed in need of glasses, but the prescription was a very low one, that perhaps the Dr. at Merrimack Eye Clinic felt my daughter's prescription was so low she didn't need them or was exaggerating her symptoms!!!!! What kind of MD is that? Thankfully I can say that since my daughter has received her glasses she has not complained of any issues. I will NEVER go to this place for any exam EVER, nor will I recommend him to anyone I know, not even an enemy! (Unless you would like to purchase some very nice but expensive glasses)

Provided by YP.comEasy to get an appointment, chose an MD because of my eye condition. Young girl never introduced herself so I have no idea what her credentials are, did the basic eye exam. Very nice staff, but Dr. Capino spent about 3 minutes with me. Looked into my eyes, (20 seconds each eye) never asked any questions, I have optic neuritis, he didn't care about that at all, seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about although I had previously gone to a specialist in Boston. Told me all I needed was reading glasses, and then a very low presicription at that. I'm sure he was more interested in how many patients ($$$$) he could "visit" in one hour. The glasses took over 2 weeks to get. Overall not a very good experience. I'd reather go to LensCrafters and see an optometrist.
