We went in with a coupon tonig...

We went in with a coupon tonight for buy one frozen drink get one free. No where on the companies website, nor anywhere on the coupon was it mentioned that the coupon had to be printed in color to be valid, however when we attempted to use it, we were refused because of this. They claimed it was the managers rule. When we questioned it and pointed out that no where on the coupon was that requirement mentioned, the simply shrugged it off and basically gave us a "too bad for you" attitude. Very poor customer service. When I requested the General Managers contact information, they refused and instead gave me a number for a general line. This is not acceptable and I will make this information known.
