First off, called to see if after MONTHS
they got my lv flooring in. They did my home flooring 2 years ago. I only needed 4 boxes that I was willing to pay for, and HAD already paid for.They were doing me "a favor". Not only did they over charge me since I was an insurance job. Did not leave my extra boxes because we were going to put in the bathroom flooring later. I've been callling for Months . They said they couldn't get it. On back order. I found the same product in Charlotte. They had over 15,000 boxes of my style. I spoke with the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Nasty, trash mouth secretary MELISSA. She proceeded to trash mouth me, another flooring company, and just out and out horrible customer service. If I was Mark Jordan, I would be ashamed to have her in my office, talking to prior customers as she did. Shame on you all. I am appalled at the audacity she had. Just wow. HORRIBLE. The gaps in my floors, Mark told me they have colored caulking I could fix it. I'm sure his daddy would be real proud to know this. Again, shame on you all.
