Provided by YP.comThanksgiving Day my water heater died, and I called Brian (got his info on the net) the day after. He was here within an hour with a new water heater. He stayed within the quote he gave me over the phone (even though there was extra work because of the heat recovery system), and he completed the job quickly. Brian was straight-forward, but very personable, and a pleasure to do business with, AND he cleaned up everything when he was done. It was like winning the lottery!

These qualities are so hard to find in today's service community. Brian and his staff took care of all my remodeling worries without a hitch. I loved the end result.
