First, let me give credit where credit is due. Until tonight, I have always had a great experience here. And the ice cream is amazing. However, after tonight I will never return to the store. My daughter is allergic to milk. So I asked for a scoop of Italian ice in an ice cream cone. Something I have done on three other occasions and had no issue with. To make a long story short, the employee brought the owner over to heatedly explain to me that I could not do this because the Italian ice is water based and would leak. I told her I've done this two other times and we do so because my two-year-old feels left out because she is allergic to milk and it hasn't been an issue in the past. To which she answered, well tell me which of my kids did that and I will make sure they know never to do this again. I even offered to pay for ice cream and Italian ice separately. In the end, she did sell me a scoop of Italian ice in an ice cream cone, which my daughter ate outside without any leaking out.

WOW!!! Super delicious Ice cream and its made right there in the shop...Sooo Good. Great service and fun for the kids too.
