I've bought 3 sets of golf carts for 3 apartment complexes from Mr. Savage over the past three years. He's always been courteous, accommodating, and quick to respond. All 5 carts were in exceptional condition! He goes above and beyond for his customers! I won't buy golf carts from anywhere else!

After reading the comment from another customer and trying to figure out what he meant, I have come to the conclusion that there was a major misunderstanding on his part. I have been doing business with Baldwin since the year 2000 and have had numerous transactions with Mr. Bob. I have never been treated unfairly, been abused or failed to get the customer service I needed, rather it be repair or warranty. I have seen many customers come and go from there and have yet to hear a negative comment about Mr. Bob or the company.
Yes there are times when a manufacturer can be slow on delivering parts or approving a warranty but that is about the same with every manufacturer.
My suggestion is if you have read negative comments on any company, the best thing to do is go and see for your self. As always there is two sides to every story.
Mr. Bob has never told me anything that he did not back up 100%.
He has a reputation of going the extra mile and is always more than fair when a problem occurs on an item he has sold, trailers or carts
