One Star Rating, only because they don't have a ZERO rating category! 25Twenty, what a shame, it could be the best place for TTU students in Lubbock, a great location. HOWEVER, bad management more than negates any positive attributes. The management is predominately incompetent, lazy, uncaring, etc. and what they can't cover with those skills, they make up for with lack of integrity, lack of honesty and simply by being down right scoundrels and jerks. Amenities sound great up front, but one quickly discovers that they are out of service most of the time. Security is very poor, lot's of thefts in the parking garage, security cameras usually non-functional. No follow up on maintenance issues. When you leave, expect to be hassled with ridiculously high trumped up "cleaning fees" and other bogus charges. Kiss your deposit goodbye, if you paid one. If not, expect a big bill. Their stock and trade at 25Twenty is targeting and taking advantage of students, they're real pros at that.

I would not let any of my friends live at 25 Twenty. I would give them a refrigerator box to live in over this place. Yes the club house at the front is a good selling point but once you move in you'll regret it.



you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. if they move there chair above you hear it. if they throw a party till 6 am then you hear it. the staff dose nothing and knows nothing. the place is always dirty. and covered in trash. the grills have not been cleaned since the place opened
