Last year we rented a bedroom set from Aarons on 19th. The merchandise turned out to be defective and for almost a year we have tried each month when the payment was due to get someone to either replace it or fix it. Last month we told them we would not give a payment until they fixed the items as to which we were told give the payment or they would come and get the items. To me it is amazing that for almost a year they could not come out and do something about the items but they could come out and pick up the stuff. Yes I understand we live 70 miles away but for that reason alone if they were not going to provide us with service they should not have sold us the bedroom set! It was ok so long as they got there money but if we needed their help clearly we are on our own. Needless to say today my husband offered to pay out the set because we have paid on it for more than a year and its a lot of money to go to waste. Casey an employee refused the full payment and said they will be here this week to get the items. It was never a matter of money but of principal but that's $400 we will be saving a month from now on. I give this business and employees the ex manager, Ray, Emilio, and Casey a ZERO
